Built in 1906, this Chicago theater opened on New Year’s Day. It was originally named the Majestic theatre showcasing vaudeville and comedy acts. Forced to close its doors in 1932 during the Great Depression, the theatre was bought and reopened 15 years later as the Sam Shubert Theatre. Today, it is owned by Broadway in Chicago and The PrivateBank. Much of its interior design features the original opulence. Intricately textured ceilings are painted in gold and red velvet seats are warmed by the glowy lighting throughout the theatre. The theatre can seat 1800 and audiences come from all over the globe to watch Broadway shows and cabarets hosted by the venue!

The The PrivateBank Theatre 2027 event schedule includes Maybe Happy Ending, Just in Time and Oh Mary. TicketSales.com has the largest inventory of The PrivateBank Theatre tickets, so keep checking for great deals on resale tickets.
