Who Is Breaking Benjamin?
Breaking Benjamin was formed in 1999 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, by lead vocalist Benjamin Burnley. The band’s debut album, Saturate (2002), introduced their signature mix of grunge-inspired vocals and heavy guitar riffs. With subsequent albums like We Are Not Alone (2004) and Phobia (2006), they established themselves as a dominant force in the rock genre.
Despite a hiatus due to Burnley’s health challenges, the band roared back with Dark Before Dawn (2015) and Ember (2018), both debuting at #1 on the Billboard 200 charts. Breaking Benjamin’s resilience and evolution continue to win them legions of fans, solidifying their legacy as rock icons.
