When founder FX Matt began making craft beers pre - Prohibition era it became clear that beer ran through the blood of the Matt Family. Since then, they've combined time honored methods with cutting edge technology to deliver some of the finest brews in Utica, New York. With brews so well crafted, they need to be shared with others, the family had to throw a party, and they do. Every Thursday they welcome the public to the brewery to dance, sing, laugh, and drink beer for a good cause, and host community oriented events throughout the year including the Hop Harvest and the Prohibition Party.
