The Tacoma Dome is located in Tacoma, WA and has a seating capacity of 23,000. Since its opening in 1983 it has housed many sports teams, but has now ventured into the arena of musical entertainment. Among the largest wooden domes, more than half of its seating is removable. 110,000 sq. ft. can be transformed into a concert setting for up to 6,000 creating an intimate, fan experience. Telescopic seating, modernized relief facilities, and superficial adjustments to the exterior are part of the renovations that will debut in the fall of 2018. Contemporary sound/audio technology create unsurpassable acoustics and its prime location just outside of Seattle make it one of the preferred venues in the Pacific Northwest.
