After thinking they had found the perfect sized building for the music venue they envisioned, the owners were disheartened to find it rife with leaks, and dripping water. A huge plumbing bill later, the summit opened featuring bands old and new and great musical legends. It was noted "Best New Venue" by Westword in2011 and has become a huge success.
