Dubbed "the Convo" for those in the know, the ASU Convocation Center serves a tri state market of 50,000 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, including 10,000 university students. With the versatility to host events from intimate lectures, to concerts and sporting events, the 10,252 seat center (up to 11,209 for concerts in the round) is capable of accommodating seven volleyball courts, three basketball courts, one tennis court or a 200 meter indoor track complete with facilities for field event. As if that's not enough for one arena, the Convo can also handle horse shows, rodeos, truck and tractor pulls, circuses, trade shows, and and ice shows and that's some pretty heavy duty multitasking..
