Davies Symphony Hall is a concert hall located in the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Art Center in San Francisco, CA. The hall is a 2,743-seat venue that opened in 1980 and serves as home to the San Francisco Symphony. The hall is known to be elegant inside and out and, after some renovations, offers a superior acoustic experience. The Hall is located next door to the Harold L. Zellerbach Rehearsal Hall which accommodates opera and ballet rehearsals and offices for symphony staff, a music library and dressing rooms.
