Had a wonderful time. I believe we had the best flight crew and pilot. Chris was very knowledgeable about everything. Our Pilot Mike was full of information and comedy. Scott didn’t say much but he and Chris worked there butts off. There work is unthanked and unseen. So Thank you!

Beautiful weather. Well organized. Because the wind shifted we did not see the tables set up as coming down. For someone afraid of heights, I would do again. Captain Don was great

From the moment we met at meeting place at 4:45 a.m. till ride was over, the entire team was
great !! Chris and Tom were so professional and personable at the same time! They first checked our temperatures before we could begin the flight, so as to make sure we or other passengers were not sick.
We all were given the coolest mask decorated with hot air balloons !
We were transported to our departure station. We were given instructions before we lifted, as to how to prepare for our landing !
I, being somewhat apprehensive about heights, was a little skeptical as to whether I would be able to do it! As we begin to lift off, all the fears disappeared! The beauty was breathtaking and so serene to be at 4800 ft. In the air overlooking the valley and capturing many sunrise photos along with the other balloons flying in and around us. The morning was perfect temperature! The Captain, Chris was so informative and comical also !
Before we knew it, we were landing in an open area almost spot on from the great networking amongst Tom on the ground and Chris the pilot!
Upon landing, which by the way was very smooth, a little jerk a skip, another few feet and then coming to a stop! We all followed the 4 instructions that were given to us in the beginning. We were given flying certificates and mimosas after we were told the history of how and when hot air balloons began. We toasted to a beautiful prayer for balloonists! We then loaded and were taken back to meeting site. It was everything and plus more than I expected it to be!
I can now cross this off of my bucket list !
